I apologise for not getting back to you earlier as it took a while before I was able to go to the UK and collect my pen from my Son and then I have been a bit distracted since then.
To say I am impressed with the work you have done is an understatement. I cannot thank you enough for changing an unresponsive pen into something that is a joy to use. It has really shown me how a pen should work and outperforms any of my other pieces.
Needless to say should anyone ask me in regard to sorting out a fountain pen problem I would immediately recommend they contact you in the first instance. I have been impressed throughout the whole procedure from despatch to receipt of the repaired pen.
