Day One of the L.A. Pen Show 2012

Whew, what a day! Day one of the L.A. Pen Show 2012 saw a flurry of activity with about 20% of my pen inventory being sold. While arriving around 2pm with Michael Sull, we set up our table and then the pens started to sell! So far three Parker 51’s with my custom 1.6mm stubs sold, including one sterling cap 51.

A visit from the world famous Eric and Dan of the Fountain Pen Geeks website (with some impressive cameras in their hands!) sure got the evening rolling. We talked briefly and I introduced them to Michael Sull, who was busy working away on one of his calligraphic/pointed pen/Spencerian creations!

13 nibs sold to one good client, and I issued five tickets to win that lovely 1.7mm stub Parker 51 to those folks who purchased more then $100 from me.

See photos below and drool over the pens, and meet some of the people too! Remember is just a half day of fun!
